Scholarships

Australian Scholarships are only available to students in countries eligible for assistance under our scholarships program.

Unfortunately AusAID is unable to respond to requests from students in countries not eligible for assistance. Please see our list of eligible countries before contacting AusAID.

Financial assistance

Unfortunately, AusAID is unable to respond to requests for financial assistance from overseas, from individuals or groups.

Support for development activities is available through recognised non-government organisations.

Funding for specific local development activities may be available under programs administered by Australian Embassies and High Commissions. Queries regarding such programs should be addressed to your nearest Australian Embassy or High Commission.
