Procurement Agent Services Program

The Procurement Agent Services Program (PASP) is a program managed by two Procurement Agents who operate on behalf of AusAID in two distinct areas of services.

The first area (referred to as PART A) is similar to the previous Commodities Assistance Support Program (CASP) mechanism. The PASP Procurement Agent is engaged to cover procurement of goods and associated services in the range of likely sectors including Health, Engineering, Education and General.

The second area (referred to as PART B) covers adhoc services. More broadly, this involves specialist associated technical services to support areas of growing demand within AusAID. This could include assessment of partner government procurement systems, institutional strengthening and managing tender processes on AusAID's behalf. The PASP commenced 1 November 2006 and operates in a number of countries.

The PASP contract (standing offer) is available for use by other Commonwealth agencies under the Commonwealth Government's Whole of Government policy for development assistance. The Procurement Agent is required to satisfy the Commonwealth Procurement Guidelines when purchasing goods.

Should you be interested in opportunities under PASP, please contact the PASP Procurement Agent directly on the details provided below.
