Amber Earles is a volunteer Teacher Trainer in the Islamic Schools English Language Project (ISELP). The project placed 13 teacher trainers in Islamic schools in East Java. Trainers work with groups of teachers, conduct one-on-one team teaching, and hold workshops on how to implement the Indonesian Government's new competency-based curriculum.
