Australian overseas volunteers
Australian volunteers play a vital role in the fight against poverty.
Since the 1960s Australian Government funding has placed over 10,000 volunteers overseas.
Although their ages range from 18 to 80 and their professions vary, they are all united by a passion to get involved and a commitment to help those in need.
