The Six Mile Settlement in Port Moresby is home to 18 000 of the most
disadvantaged people in Papua New Guinea. People of all ages, men, women, and
children are contracting the virus at an increasing rate. Anglicare's
STOPAIDS conducts regular awareness training in this and other communities.
Trained volunteers talk about how HIV is transmitted and how people can protect
themselves by using condoms.
