CARE - Community Resilience to Natural Disasters in the Mekong DeltaObjective:To build sustainable community and household resilience to floods in highly flood-prone, inland areas of the Mekong Delta by reducing the vulnerability to flooding of household and communes in Long An, Dong Thap and An Giang provinces.
